Class Descriptions

Center Stage Fitness, Inc.’s certified instructors teach a variety of exhilarating classes from introductory thru advanced. Students progress through the levels at their own pace; repeating a stage is an option before advancing onto the next stage. Your abilities are evaluated by our instructors to ensure that you are ready to progress through each class level. You will also be evaluated during a private session if you desire to start at a higher class stage or skip stages during the program.

Each class consists of a warm up, pole instruction and a cool down. You won’t find a more invigorating strength-building and body toning workout anywhere!

We offer Stages 1-6 sessions to teach beginner thru advance pole moves and choreographed dance routines. Classes are structured in smaller groups to allow for more one-on-one instruction with 1 student per pole. Open pole classes are offered for much needed practice for overall ease of classes.

Feeling a bit self-conscious about participating with strangers? Invite several friends or family to come join in the fun for a more personal experience!

Private class sessions are offered to enhance and perfect your pole moves, transitions, dancing or a special choreographed dance for your significant other.

Introductory Class

Find out what pole dancing has to offer. All fitness levels are welcomed. There is a limit to one introductory class per person. After you discover pole dance fitness you can register for your Stage One Session.

Stage One thru Six Class Sessions

Our classes are offered in three week sessions to help you progress from one level to the next. The duration of each class is one and one half hours. A minimum of three students to a class and maximum of one student to a pole ensures that everyone will have plenty of pole time, individualized instruction with safe and secure spotting. Each class will have you progressing based on your own strengths and stamina. Beginner class instruction consists of pole fitness basics, with spins and transitions added for your dance routines. In the intermediate and advanced classes you will learn how to go in all directions, sideways and even upside down — taking your dance routines to a whole new performance level. These classes are a true full body workout, and you will be amazed at how your strength improves, as well as toning and conditioning your entire body.

Classes for the Men

Follow the same six stage class structure except they are private one-on-one class setting (unless otherwise specified) designed to strengthen core muscles, toning and get empowered on the pole. The men will also learn choreographed routines, if desired.

Drop-In Session

Can’t commit to a three week class? Just “drop-in!” The material would be tailored to the ability of the customer and can be from stage one thru six. Registration is required prior to attending a drop-in class to ensure space availability in the appropriate class time and level.

Private Session

One-on-one personal training for a more customized workout — pole work, dance moves, floor work or choreography. With the assistance of instructors plan a work out to meet your fitness needs.

Open Pole

Available for women and men (Classes are not co-ed unless otherwise specified). Enhance your pole dancing skills and boost your strength training by taking these highly recommended extra classes, which focus strictly on pole work to enhance your dance fitness classes. These classes give each student the opportunity to perfect their pole work out and strengthen their upper body, as well as their core muscles. Must be enrolled or have completed Stage One as a prerequisite in order to sign up for these classes.

Graduate Classes

Maintain the fitness level you’ve achieved and have a blast while doing it! Perfect the pole dancing techniques you’ve learned as a graduate of all 6 Stages and stay in shape!
